Production Process:

1. Design & Material Purchasing:
"Our engineer team design products per customer's request or we will work according to customer's design.
Purchasing department purchase corresponding raw material after design confirmed.
And molds will be built if needed."
2. Cutting:
Roughly cutting the CRS plates into suitable sizes on the cutting machine.
3. Stamping
Stamping the plates into accurate shapes and sizes with our high effiency stamping machine.
4. Bending & Drilling
Bending the plates into suitable angles. And drill at suitable positions.
5. Welding
Welding if needed. And what is applied commonly for us is spot welding.
6. Derusting
Derust the parts in special liquids.
7. Phosphating
Phosphating t the parts in special liquids.
8. Power-coating
Power-coat the parts to prevent rusting.
9. Install accessories.
10. Quality control
Measuring and testing.
